Why was i banned and could i get unbanned please

Please could you unban me i was afk from pc for like 5 minutes and when i got back i got "The Ban Hammer Has Spoken !"
Please unban me or at least reply what for i was banned..
If i have done anything wrong i will do my best not to repeat the same mistake again.
I like the server very much and i would like to keep playing on it.
